Beginning Monday, March 16, our Customer Service office at 110 West Taylor Street will be closed to the public. Please know that our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Team is still available to assist you by phone or by emailing email@example.com.
During this time, San Jose Water will not be turning water off due to non-payment.
Below, you will find several additional options for paying your bill or other water account needs.

Call our free automated payment service 24/7 at 1 (855) 771-7900 and pay using your checking or savings account. Please have the following information available:
- Your San Jose Water 11-digit account number
- Your bank account routing number
- Your checking or savings account number
