Our Customer Service office at 110 West Taylor Street is closed to the public. Please know that our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Advocates are available to assist you by phone or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Two options are available to make one-time payments:
- Use your checking or savings account
- Use your credit card with KUBRA EZ-PAY Note that a $1.75 convenience fee is required for card payments. SJW does not receive any part of the fee.
You can also easily make payments using our Automatic Payment Service (APS).
Pay By Phone
Call our free automated payment service 24/7 at 1 (855) 771-7900 and pay using your checking or savings account. Please have the following information available:
- Your San Jose Water 11-digit account number
- Your bank account routing number
- Your checking or savings account number

Office hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Please note we are closed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM the first Friday of the month.

Payments Outside of Business Hours: Effective Friday, April 10, 2020, no payments will be accepted at our Door Drop outside our offices.
