SJW donates Thanksgiving meals each year at Bay Area charitable event
SJW Teams with Local Officials and Community Groups for CWA’s 2025 Operation Gobble Event
San Jose, Calif. - November 18, 2025 - San Jose Water (“SJW” or “the Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of H2O America (NASDAQ: HTO), is ensuring residents in the greater San Jose area can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal with the donation of Safeway gift cards as part of its annual Operation Gobble program. Grocery gift cards will be donated to:
- West Valley Community Services on behalf of Assemblymember Patrick Ahrens
- 'Anamatangi and West Valley Community Services on behalf of Senator Josh Becker
- The Day Worker Center of Mountain View on behalf of Assemblymember Marc Berman
- Corazon Care on behalf of Senator Dave Cortese
- Community Seva on behalf of Assemblymember Alex Lee
- Martha’s Kitchen on behalf of Assemblymember Gail Pellerin
- Tri City Volunteers Food Bank on behalf of Senator Dr. Aisha Wahab
The California Water Association (CWA) established the Operation Gobble program with the purpose of partnering water utilities with elected officials and non-profit organizations across the state to make donations during Thanksgiving.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11:00 am, Assemblymember Ahrens, Senator Becker, Assemblymember Berman, Senator Cortese, Assemblymember Lee, Assemblymember Pellerin, and Senator Wahab, along with representatives from 'Anamatangi, Community Seva, Corazon Care, The Day Worker Center of Mountain View, Martha’s Kitchen, Tri City Volunteers Food Bank, and West Valley Community Services will be in attendance at SJW headquarters located at 110 W.
