Each quarter, SJW will provide the CPUC with:

  1. an updated list of recent real property dispositions;
  2. a list of in-process real property dispositions; and
  3. a summary of Tribal contacts and consultations (including the outcome of those consultations) they have undertaken over the previous quarter.

In addition, SJW posts these reports on our website.
