Appointments strengthen SJW’s commitment to affordable, reliable water and customer-first service

SAN JOSE, Calif. — June 10, 2026 — San Jose Water (“SJW” or “the Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of H2O America (NASDAQ: HTO), is pleased to announce that Carmelitha Bordelon-Taylor joined the company as vice president of regulatory affairs on May 29. Additionally, Colby Sneed was named vice president of operations on May 13, 2026. These leadership appointments support SJW’s mission to deliver affordable, reliable water that puts customers first.

Carmelitha Bordelon-Taylor is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of professional experience, including 16 years in the regulated water and wastewater industry. She brings deep expertise in regulatory affairs, finance and accounting, along with a strong track record of leadership in highly regulated environments that support affordable, reliable service for customers. Most recently, Bordelon-Taylor served as vice president of regulatory and finance at Suburban Water Systems, where she led financial reporting, regulatory filings and strategic financial oversight. She began her water utility career in 2010 at Southwest Water Company (now Nexus), Suburban’s parent company, holding roles in accounting and finance. She currently serves as president of the California Water Association’s board of directors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwestern State University and is a licensed Texas CPA.

Colby Sneed is an accomplished operations leader with 22 years of experience at SJW. Over the past six months, he has served as interim vice president of operations, demonstrating strong leadership, sound judgment and a deep commitment to operational excellence. He brings extensive expertise in water operations, regulatory compliance, asset management and project management, along with a strong focus on safety, reliable service delivery and customer affordability. Sneed first joined SJW as an intern in 2000 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including director of operations and treatment, manager of operations, and operations and control systems supervisor. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and maintains California state certifications in water distribution (D5) and water treatment (T3).
