SJW Reports Strong Supplier Diversity Performance
San Jose, Calif. — April 29, 2026 — San Jose Water (“SJW” or “the Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of H2O America (NASDAQ: HTO), has reported a strong supplier diversity performance in 2025. Each year, all California regulated utilities are required to submit an annual supplier diversity report to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), outlining their spend with diverse business enterprises in accordance with state policy.
San Jose Water reports that 38.7% of its total procurement spend in 2025 was with diverse suppliers. This strong performance ranks San Jose Water sixth among all California regulated utilities for supplier diversity spend.

San Jose Water’s Supplier Diversity Program is designed to ensure meaningful participation by businesses owned by women, minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, persons with disabilities, and disabled veterans. The program operates in alignment with California Public Utilities Commission General Order 156, which establishes statewide requirements and objectives to advance opportunities for historically underrepresented business communities. San Jose Water, along with all California regulated utilities, adheres to the standards and reporting requirements outlined in General Order 156.
