Are you a current water customer or have you had previous water service with us?

If you have established a credit history with us, please email or call our office and we can quickly activate your new water service.

 

New Water Service with San Jose Water Company

Are you a new homeowner with no prior service with San Jose Water?
A deposit will be required on all new accounts. We can waive the deposit with ownership verification.

Please contact our office to verify ownership with one of our representatives or you may fax or email ownership documentation (examples: Buyers summary statement; grant deed; quit claim; real estate purchase contract). Please limit this to one page. This document must include the property address you are purchasing and your name. Please include your phone number in your transmittal, so that we may contact you directly to complete the processing of your new account with us.

 

New Tenants

Are you a new tenant with no prior service with San Jose Water Company?

A deposit will be required on all new accounts. The deposit will be due with your first statement. Please contact our office to place your new service request.
