Scheduled Shutdowns

Water service may be interrupted due to scheduled repairs. In these situations, San Jose Water Company makes every effort to notify customers in advance. Service may also be interrupted due to an unforeseen emergency such as a water main break. In these cases, notification of affected customers may not always be possible.
