Acceptable Methods of Payment

San Jose Water Company appreciates timely payment of your bill. Your current bill will become past due if not paid in full within 19 days after presentation. For most customers, we offer several methods of payment:

Payment by Automatic Payment Service - automatically deducts from your checking or savings account.

Payment on-line with EPayment from within the SJWC website
|

|
Payment by phone - a SJWC Customer Service Representative assists with withdrawing the payment from your checking account
|

Payment in our door drop after hours at 110 W. Taylor St., San Jose, CA.
|

|
Payment in our office between 8:00AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday
|

|
Payment by Discover, Visa or Mastercard, (in office only)
|

|
Payment by mail - PO Box 229, San Jose, CA 95103-0229

Any unpaid balance shown on the bill is past due and service may be discontinued if payment is not received. If you are unable to pay the past due bill, please contact our office at (408)279-7900 to discuss possible payment arrangements. A $4.75 fee is charged to cover processing costs for all returned payments.
If you prefer to have your water payments taken directly out of your checking account, please fill out an Automatic Payment Application, send it along with a voided canceled check to: 110 W. Taylor St., San Jose, CA 95110. This convenient service is provided to you free of charge. You will still receive a regular bill, but the payment is electronically deducted from your checking account approximately 21 days after the bill is mailed to you.
