While the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) rules and regulations are somewhat flexible, they require SJWC to evaluate each water service inquiry in sequence…first in time, first in line. In very busy development times, this requirement can present a challenge to your schedule, again emphasizing the need for you to contact us early in your project timeline. We can suggest various approaches to your project such as doing your own engineering and/or construction that might better fit your scheduling requirements.
