Automatic Payments

If you prefer to have your bill automatically paid using your checking or savings account, please enroll in our automatic payment service (APS) and the full amount of your bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account approximately 21 days after you receive the bill.

Enroll only in APS

Fill out an automatic payment service application and send the application along with a voided check to:

Enroll in APS at the same time you enroll in paperless billing

While you are enrolling in paperless billing, you can fill out the optional center tab in the enrollment web form. Once you submit the form you will be enrolled in both paperless billing and APS.

Already enrolled in paperless billing, but not enrolled in APS?

1. Login to your paperless billing profile.
2. Select the APS Info link.
3. Select the Click here to enroll link.
4. Fill out the APS Enrollment form and push the "Enroll" button.

Need to update your banking information and you are not enrolled in paperless billing?

If you are already enrolled in the automatic payment service plan and your bank information has changed, please fill out an automatic payment service application and send the application along with a voided check to:

Need to update your banking information and you are already enrolled in paperless billing?

1. Login to your paperless billing profile.
2. Push the My Payment Accounts button right below the date.
3. Push the Add Bank Account button.
4. Fill out the Add Bank Account form and press the "Submit" button.
5. After you have added the new bank account, you can delete the old account by pushing the "Delete" button on the My Payment Accounts page under "Action".
